Get Enrolled in Hooping 101

Meet Laura, and hear what she has to say about her latest hooping program:

Come experience the hottest new fitness regime that promotes health, well-being and fun!!!

Think you can't hoop? Think again.

The hula hoop of the 1950's has grown up and is now larger, heavier and is becoming the newest cutting edge piece of sports equipment that supports total body fitness and cardiovascular health.  The heavier professional hoops with their larger size and fabric tapes ensure success for everyone.

Hooping 101 is designed to familiarize you with the hoop, develop coordination and balance, instill confidence, and enhance flexibility.  It is the foundational program that leads to creative movement with "Hoop Dance".  Here are a few of the benefits participants have noticed:

        .  Strengthens abdominals
.  Sculpts thighs, buttocks and arms
.  Builds core strength and increases energy
        .  Quiets the mind
